hello:
my colleagues and I will be travelling to Harbin aroud Jan 15th . i've travelled to Beijing last winter sometime end feb , but i dont think in Beijing will be as cool as in Harbin... especially the dryness i need some tips of how to overcome such a dry weather coz i have experienced how my noise suffered.

hello.
1) Theoretically it is possible. The actual possibility depends on the time you pass the custom and traffic status then. There is an railway ticket agency in the Beijing Capital Airport and Beijing railway station.
3) Normally the discount is only suitable to domestic passengers and visitors. Anyway, you can try.
4) There is a KFC in Beijing Railway Station. And the nearest McDonaldes will take you five minutes by foot.
