We will be in China end of Dec. , we are going to Harbin for Ice Carving Festival , we know it will be around minus 25 in Harbin . can anyone tell us about Shanghai weather ? Is there any places to see in shanghai in winter ?

Can we have special rate for hotels in Shanghai during these days (winter) ?

Can we book hotel by Internet ? is it safe ?
