travel from Hongkong to Kunming,how about transportation? |

A friend is flying to HongKong and then wants to get to Kunming to meet up with me. I assume that he'll be best off taking the train or bus to Guangzhou and then a flight to Kunming. Is this correct? Whcih would be better, train or bus? How does he get to the airport once he arrives in Guangzhou?
All help much appreciated. |

Take the ferry to Shenzhen, then take the free shuttle bus to the airport.
There are 5-6 flights from Shenzhen to Kunming each day.
And you can buy the flight and ferry ticket in HK
through China Travel HK. |
