Entering China/one-way ticket OK? |
|
|
Has anyone entered China on a one-way air ticket lately? My plan is to fly to Kunming from Chiang Mai and return south by river boat. It was suggested to me that there are a lot of places that won't admit one into the country without a ticket out in hand. Any one with experience? |

You can enter China on a one-way ticket without problems.
I did this in januari and will do it again in may.
Lots of people fly into China and leave overland without returntickets.
Sometimes the airline companies refuse to fly you to China without a return ticket.
This happens often when you fly with an american company.
So you have to check with the airline you're using.
If they'll refuse you, you can alway buy the cheapest flight out of China and never use the ticket or use a refundable ticket. |
