Help please.

Any hot tips for accommodation please? We have the books but things change. We want quality budget accommodation, a double preferably with bathroom, convenient to transport and sights.

We are experienced travellers, (60 & 58 years young).

In the following cities:-

Lhasa, Beijing, Xian.

In Lhasa I would recommend the Yak Hotel. It is nice, clean, has rooms with a bathroom and is in a great location.
