Please help me with information on this area. I will be with my husband and my 7 month old child. Should I worry?
How much is the taxi?
The streets are safe?
How can I get around the best way?
and anything else you know I need to take to do.

Shanghai is a safe city. If this is your first time there, plus with a 7 month baby, think abt taking taxi.
Taxi fee: board down at 10 yuan (1.2 USD) for the first 5km. And then 2 yuan per km(from 5-30kms).and 3 yuan upper 30kms. But 2.3yuan per km from 11pm-6am.Also you can bargain if you wanna rent a taxi for a day. |

First, you can refinance your original mortgage for a larger amount, basically trading in equity on the spot. |
