I was wondering about Chinese money. I know that 1 yuan equals 10 jiao and 1 jiao equals 10 fen. Does this mean that the Fen are rarely used, I am trying to work it iin terms of British money - with 1 yuan being like a £ and the Jioa like Pence but what about the Fen? I jst dont get it! |

Think of it this way: 1 yuan in China is like 1 dollar in US, 1 jiao in China is like 1 dime in US, and 1 fen in China is like 1 penny in US. You see, it is so easy. I can't comment on British money because I am from US, not UK |
