I'd like to try some of the beverages offered in China. Is beer locally available? What about wine? Is there a drink that most Chinese drink?

For beer. Almost every city has his own brand of beers.Like here, we have Hans.Beijing, Yanjing.Lijiang,Feng hua xue yue.But,There is a exception---Qingdao Beer. It's drank world wide.
For wine.The best are from Shandong Province and Xinjiang.Brands like Dynasty, Great wall,Xin tian,ZhangYu.
For liquor.The Chinese favourite.You can see then everywhere in the restruant.Cheap or Luxury, they are various.But the most famous are Maotai series,Wuliangye serise.
