Any recommendations for nice but not expensive hotels in convenient part of Shanghai? |

There is a brand new hotel: yinsu hotel near Xinzhuang subway station. (last stop of metro no. 1). Receptionist can not speak English though. It is quite nice. The price is RMB 120 per night. around USD 15. Also Rujia hotel is nice too. The price is around RMB 200-250. But the first one seems better.
