Can one easily get credit card cash advances through an ATM in China? I have a Visa card.

I will visit Shanghai China in next month

Yes, definitely. No shortage of ATMs in Shanghai which can accept VISA card. Not sure about the credit limit though. However daily limits are max rmb2000 or less depending on bank
