Any interesting place in Shanghai Fudan University |

hi all,
i was wondering if there are anything interesting near Fudan University? i will be studying there for a month from July to August. any shopping districts near there? hopefully with the cheap stuff! and how long will it take me to go downtown where all the goodies are located? i dont know how free i will be while studying at Fudan but i wish to visit the the the place. |

Not much, unless you're looking for international food, there's quite a lot of choice around there! You could take a taxi to huge supermarkets nearby, quite cheap for anything you usually need. Not really shopping for shopping's sake! There's a direct bus to People's Square, about 1 hour IIRC; or a taxi for about half an hour (around 30 RMB) if you don't get stuck in traffic. |
