I'm thinking of flying to Kunming or Chendu (China) from Thailand and trying to get to Tibet from there. Will I need to join a tour group, and if so how much would it cost? |

You can fly to Chengdu then transfer to Tibet in the next day . The flight of Chengdu to Lhasa is US RMB 1500( $182.00 ) in one way , existed at least 3 flights daily. No direct flights from Kunming to Lhasa . If you join a group, you may get the discount of package groups in both flights and hotels. . |
