I am going to Tibet and get the visa when inside China - or do I tell the embassy in Melbourne that I am going to China (askign for a visa longer than 30 days). Then can I fly into Lhasa without a tour organised?
I want to fly return from Xi'an to Lhasa - how much is it? can I buy tickets in China easily and cheaply or can I do it on Net |

you just apply for chinese visa .when you arrive at China,you can apply for the permit for tibet.but you said you would like flight from xi'an to lhasa,but i wonder if you can get a permit or not.but you can do it in Chengdu surely.it is very easy to get that.and the price is around 1900rmb with permit. |
