one day travel in HK, recommend " must see"! |

Hi
I have a spare day in Hong Kong whilst on a business trip. Can anybody recommend a good way to see the main highlights of the city. Are there any good sightseeing tours people have used and can recommend?
Many Thanks!!! |

I don't think it's really necessary to take a sightseeing tour. With just 1 day, I wouldn't stray too far from the MTR (subway) line.
You could start off in Central, take the star ferry over to the Kowloon side, head over to Nathan Rd. (but don't buy any electronics) and wander about TST for a while. Then take the MTR again, up to the bird/flower/jade markets. Then zip back over to HK side, take the mid-levels escalator from Central, through SoHo. Get off somewhere and take a taxi to the Peak Tram station, take the tram up to the Peak in the evening and have a walk around. Finally, head to Lan Kwai Fong (in Central) for nightlife or to Causeway Bay for shopping. |
