What is the best way to call back to the United States, that is, what brand of phone cards do people use and where can you get them? Can any be purchased directly through the internet? |

If you and the receiver both have computers, you can use the Skype software on your computer. I don't suggest buying from the online scams that offer "low low low prices" on intl calling. Or you can buy cheap IP cards on the streets of Shanghai and Tianjin and Beijing and elsewhere and use those. |
