Hong Kong in March--the best time for a trip ?

We are arriving in Hong Kong on March 10, and we keep hearing is that March is the best time to go to Hong Kong. Can anyone explain to us why? What's going on then?

Also, where can we find information on late night party scenes in Hong Kong (ie bars and clubs open after 2am)? Any direction greatly apprecaited!!

If anyone wants to meet up for drinks, just give a shout!

Probably not too hot or too cold in March.
