Is it possible to acquire a Kyrgyzstan transit or tourist visa in Kashgar or at the Irkeshtam border crossing.
If so, what are the details, what are the costs and approx. how long is the turn around time. |

There are no consulates or embassies that I am aware of in Urumqi, but there are several travel agencies that can arrange a visa for you for most CA countries. |
