Can somebody please tell me exactly when the Chinese New Year is? I do know its envolves a public holiday of around 4 days and that its from mid to late February. Please???

hello-in china the holidays for new year--8-9-10-11 of february over these days no work,nowhere is open.the eve 8 half day is holiday.
