Can anyone help me to find a fancy hotel in Beijing that i can treat me and my girlfriend to?
Ideally not one of those strictly business hotels but something more stylish and, dare i say in China, romantic.
Thinking of spending $ 100 a night, tops, okay, more if the place is really, really great.
Somewhere near the city center and it's sights (forbidden city etc) preferred...

If you are willing to spend a bit more, the Grand Hyatt (not far from the Beijing Hotel) is excellent. Also walking distance to Tienanmin Square, Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and the subway station entrance is actually in a fancy shopping center located underneath the hotel. |
