Can someone tell me the difference between Standard seats and First Class seats on the Train to Lo Wu from Kowloon?

Is it worth the extra money for only a one hour trip?

What is the best time to catch the train there and return (mid week)?

Twice as expensive, more comfortable, not worth the money
Basically they are used by HK commuters who do not want to sit with the 'standard' class passengers. Also, at rush hour the standard class can get quite packed! Therefore, it is better to travel mid morning to mid afternoon. Before 9 am, after 5pm it can be very busy.
