Hello,
I'll be traveling in Eastern China in Februrary and March and I'd like to enroll in a 1-2 week language immersion course- preferably in Beijing or Shanghai (but I'm flexible). Any ideas? It would be super if the program included some English teaching as well (I'd be happy to help out in an English class in the evenings). I'm looking for something that won't totally break the bank...

Doing a 1-2 week language course I think you will be wasting your time and money. It takes years to learn all this stuff. Using the new LP Mandarin Phrase Book is excellent and you will meet lots of Chinese students along the way, you can learn heaps from talking and hanging out with them. |
