Anyone know of a good one day tour to the Terracotta Soliders? Looking for a flight out of Beijing returning the same day. Do not want to travel by train...the trains in India scared me off train travel for the rest of my life!

You can easily get a bus from in front of the train station in Xian that goes directly to the Terracotta warriors. You don't need a tour.
You will need half a day to see things and do some shopping. Don't pay more than 5 rmb for the small box set! Make sure when you get off the bus that you understand the schedule and where the buses return from and do not take the mini buses.
The train from BJ to Xian is very nice...get soft sleeper and save a night's hotel. It's not like Indian trains, never fear!

it is really a crazy idea...it will take you 2 more hour to get terracotta warriors from Xi 'an airport..and you never think maybe traffic gum or other things happy on the way to there...it is better way back to BJ the next day after visited terracotta warriors...
