hard or soft sleeper in chinese trains? |
|
|
Can anyone describe the difference between hard and soft sleepers in chinese trains.
Obviously there is the price difference, but how about comfort and that sort of stuff. And why is there a difference in price between upper middle and lower bunks? Hard sleeper hasnt got a very comfortable sound to it, but is it as uncomfortable as it sounds? And what do I get for the extra soft sleeper-money.
Let's say that i'm on a train for about 24hrs, what would be the best choice?
Thanks a lot! |

This spring I went on the train from Urumqi to Kashgar. Brand new train. Only 4 bunks in each cabin. Its actually not a hard bunk, its padded. Beddings vere provided. Clean toilets. Lots of fun with the locals. I would always go for a hard sleeper. |
