I will be in China for Spring Festival and I'm wonderign when the Chinese will have the transportation rushing ?
Will it be after the Spring Festival (Feb 9th) or way before the Feb 9th ??
Last year I was on the train when they had the rushing and I definitely dont want to repeat that experience again. It was quite a disaster.

the transportation becomes crazy at chinese new year (feb 9), especially in train.
the rush days starts at about a week before new year (feb 2) until 15 days after new year (feb 24)
all train is full and over 150 million people is using the train at that time.
buying train ticket at train station becomes impossible.
you'd better pre-book it before and the price may rose up to 50%.
the price augmentation is even worse in bus, maybe 2 to 3 times in compare with other periods. |
