reasonable place to stay for a trip in Hongkong

Can anyone reccomend somewhere to stay in Hong Kong? I want to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui district but would prefer not to stay at Mirador Mansion or Chung King Mansion. Was hoping not to have to spend more then 25GBP per night but would be willing to pay slightly more if need be. Oh and in case it matters I'll be arriving 23 ,Feb.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Ramada on the tree lined boulevade called Chatham Rd South in TST will cost you £28 per night.
