I am looking for a good internet café in Shanghai, Ghuangzhou, Wuxi & Jinan. Thanks in advance!!

Actually when you arrive you will see that many are already there. even some 3star hotels have small "business" center where you can pay maybe 5-30RMB for an hour online.
