touring Shanghai's neighbouring areas: which ways? |
|
|
As we are going to Shanghai, we'd like to tour its neghbourhood as much as possible within a couple of days, eg. Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, etc.
So my question is, which way should we plan such a tour, through a travel agent or not, and by package tour or self-organised, and with advance hotel reservations or not necessarily??? I'm talking about cost, safety and convenience.
I would really appreciate your sharing experiences regarding my question. |

I travelled in Shanghai and neighbor city such following;
Phone to a agency to make a reservation.
First Day
Travel in Nanjing RD to shopping(DAY Time).
Take a happy in pub in RD Hengshan or South RD Maoming(Night Time).
Se. Day
Travel in the zone Chenhuang Temple to taste Chinese Xiaochi(Morning).
Visit Pudong(Afternon)
Get to Shanghai Railway Station to buy a ticket to arrive Hangzhou(About 3 Hours) and book the hotel in train.
Thi. Day
Check and book a Tour Agency to travel Xihu.
4th Day
Get to Ningbo by train.
enjoy! |

If you find a travel agency, it will be very convenient & safe but maybe cost much. If self -organized, you will waste a lot of time. The best way, in my opinion, you can find a tour guide directly. He or she also can arrange your schedule well. Comparing to the travel agency, you must save some money. If you like ,you can contact me : kellyqu800809@hotmail.com |
