Has anyone been to Lijiang before? My boyfriend and I will spend our honeymoon there and I want some useful details. Thanks!!

Lijiang old town is very pretty, it is surrounded by a very new and slighlty depressing city. As soon as you are in the windy steets of the old town you forget all that though. Lijiang is just a nice place to be, great food and coffee, I don't know your budget but the accomodation ranges from very affordable to very expensive, there are a lot of great places in the old town and would def. reccomend staying in the old town.The town is very touristy though, lots of shops selling the same stuff but I still enjoyed. If you have time take a few days and hike the Tiger Leaping Gorge, there are some difficult parts but nothing that someone with a good level of fitness can't overcome, and you are rewarded with amaziung views.
