Shopping in Shanghai for the memory of the trip in China |

I'm planning on taking a trip to China in late January 2005.
I'm trying to go to Shanghai's shopping! I've heard that Huaihai Rd. is the road to shop. Is that the best road for women's fashionable clothes?
Where do I go in Shanghai to buy music CDs and DVDs, that are Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and American? Or can they be bought just about anywhere in Shanghai?

I spent a little over 6 months in Shanghai/Pudong area and finding cd/dvds was no problem. There are loads of stores everywhere in these areas.
at usually either 16 Yuans or 8 Yuans each (1,6 or 0,8 Euro) . I usually asked to see a minute of the movie on the shop TV set , to check language and image quality . |
