|

Is it possible to head out for suzhou in the morning go to the master garden of net(I think thats what its called) and to the silk factory. Come back to Shanghai and cover the Shanghai museum, Yu YuAN garden and the oriental pearl tower all on the same day |

I would imagine if you head out really early in the morning from Shanghai to Suzhou and finish up the garden and silk factory which all can be done by 2 to 3 hours (if you walk fast), have a quick bite at 1pm and get on the coach back to Shanghai by 3 pm, go to Yuyuan garden (forget about the Shanghai museum ), spend an hour or two there, dinner/supper there and complete your day at the oriental pearl tower.
all in all, it's rather rush.....
At Shanghai, don't miss out the boat ride before the sun set along the bund and the whole city lights up. it's beautiful. |

In my opinion, your schedule is not reasonable. It will make you very tired. To my point of view, there is no need for you to go to Suzhou. First , you will go to Yuyuan Garden, which is also typical garden of China & can rival any garden in Suzhou. Second, there is also silk factory in Shanghai which is the same to that in Suzhou. So you can spend a whole day in Shanghai. The time to go to Suzhou will be saved. Any problems, contact me: xulin1110@yahoo.com.cn I am glad to help you |
