Buying digital cameras |

I'm going to China (my first time overseas!) in March. I have my heart set on buying a good digi cam. I want something with 4 mega pixels and good optical zoom. I was thinking of the Olympus Camedia. The type of camera I want is between $700 and $1000 Australian dollars.
Would I be better off buying one in Hong Kong (where we are flying in and out of) or China itself, or duty free? HELP! |

The price in Hong Kong should be much cheaper than China. I know many Chinese try to buy DC from Hong Kong. However, you have to remember that if you buy it from any where else, you may not have manufacture warranty with it. |
