We have heard that something about a silk factory in Beijing. Not the Silk Market. Does anyone else know anything about this?
Is there any famouse silk in Xinjiang(Singkang) - the northwest China ? |

Silk is mostly produced further south, around Suzhou. Of course there could be something . In beijing there are many silk shops but price is very high .
Xinjiang located in Northwest of China ,there is some special silk called “Atlas ” is very famouse and design is defferent from the others .
You will able to visit silk factory if you visit Kashgar or Hotan in Xinjiang. |
