I am arriving early at about 6:30 at Pudong next week.
1. Any thing I can do besides eating at the airport whilst waiting for the first bus to Suzhou?
OR shall I book for a tour to visit Zhouzhuang first along the way and reach Suzhou at a friend's apartment later in the day? And how much would the tour that can cover Zhouzhuang and Suzhou cost?
I will be lugging a small luggage bag around...

You might can take the airport bus line 4, to the final station, its Honkou football stadium. There's got a tour center,you can buy a ticket to Zhouzhuang or Suzhou.
One day tour to Zhouzhuang is around 80rmb. Including the one way ticket, and ticket for into Zhouzhuang. If you're back earlier, before 4pm, there's got bus back Shanghai, around 15rmb. If later, you can rent a car and a driver for you, 100rmb for a car back to Shanghai.
