During the eleventh five-year period, China will pay efforts to build a comprehensive transportation network so as to improve China's tourism service in every aspect including outbound tours, inbound tours and domestic tourist consumption.

To meet the demands of newly opened tourist destinations and new tourist resource exploitations, China will support the opening of air flights to Africa, East Europe and Latin America and increase flights to Europe, the United States, Russia and East Asia.

The state will support branch lines transportations, increase chartered flights and exploit chartered flight markets.

The state will also take an active, guiding role to explore ways for the development of private-owned airlines, low-cost airlines and personal chartered flight services that aim at commercial tour market.

By taking opportunities of the Beijing Olympic Games and the Shanghai World Expo', China will urge to improve tourist information center at international airports and make them operate in line with international custom, from service content, programming, to service modes and operation.
