Hello

What is the cheapest and / or best way to fly from Kunming to Chiang Mai. The fares published on Thai Airways seem to be expensve. (3500RMB) !! What is the best price ? Do travel agents in Kunming do better deals ? Is there a Chinese regional airline that flies from Kunming to Chiang Mai. Any info will be most appreciated.
