visit Stone Forest from Kunming, how? |

I have been told that the best place to see the Stone Forest is by Kunming but it is 150 KM away.
How do I get from Kunming to the Forest? And is there any cheap camping or accomodation in the forest? |

I have just been there last November, I took a one day tour .They collect 6-7 people from various hotel. It's comfortable. I just paid RMB150 for the whole day tour including lunch/entrance fee.........it's quite ok......Most of the guest will not stay over night there as it's quite easy to finish stoneforest tour in 2 hours..... |
