Hi everybody
We would like to travel from Xian to Lhasa in a few weeks. Does anyone have information, contacts, prices, .. on flights, permits and how/where to book them. Most seem to travel to Lhasa from Chengdu but I read it must be possible to fly from Xian to.

you also can flight from Chengdu, frist you should have tibet permit.
if you have tibet permit go to Chengdu international airport or book it on the net about 70 Hours before you fly and the day you are going to fly, go to airport three hours ago and get the ticket.
