does the guilin safe for women to hang out at night? |

hello...
a group of us will be travelling to Guilin, Yanghuo n some other places around for a week in early Nov'05. would appreciate if anyone has any idea where to hang out at night? is it safe for women to move around at night? what are the MUST see or interesting? n shopping??

In Yangshuo there is only one place to "hang out": West Street (Xi Jie). Many little bars/cafes/restaurants. Generally safe for women but I suggest you walk around with a friend(s). Lots of shops selling the usual touristy knick knacks and junk. Must see would be to go hiking around the farms and mountains (Moon Hill) on the outskirts of the West Street.
