Could you tell me what should I eat to prevent or cure the plateau sickness? I am in guangdong of my china tour, and afraid of not being used to the plateau climate. Thank you! |

You should drink some glucose or Hongjing Tian four or five days before you go to the plateau. You shouldn't be too excited or do violent exercises when you are in the high altitude places. You can be used to it very soon. |
