tour Kunming/ Shangrila/Deqin/Tiger leaping Gorge/Dali/Lijan |

We are travelling to the above places in November 2005. Like to know whether it is adequate to carry one wind/rain jacket + one polyester sweater + a set of thermal wears to go along with T-shirts and long pants. Is an umbrella a must?
Also is it better to carry cash or traveller cheques.

It is adequate to carry what you said during the this part of China tour ,but you should carry umbrella with you as Yunnan is rainy in November.
Better carry both of cash and cheque as you can spend whereever you want. |
