Are there any night buses from Dali or Lijiang to Zhongdian? When can I take the bus? Is there any spcial car for tourists?

I have been to Zhongdian before. I waited for the bus from Kunming to Zhongdian at the road of Dali at 11 o'clock in the evening.So I can say that you also can take night bus |
