is it safe to trek Tiger Leaping Gorge with a 10 yr old girl |

hi...... like to get view from people who have done this trek with/without kids . My daughter and I would like to trek the gorge this November . We intend to take a longer time to trek, may be 4 days.... Wonder if the trek would be too much for a 10 yr old girl???? |

I think it is not much problem with her(your doughter),but you shouldn't forget to give her enough time to sleep in the evening.If your four day tour include from start and return ,I think it is not much any more.
I give you a itinerary:visit prison memorial for communist martyr before liberation,on board ship at 6p .m .2st day ,Fengdu ghost city、Zhangfei temple .3st day ,Big, Small three gorges Qutang gorges，Wuxia gorge，Xiling gorges，dam，Gezhouba ship lock ship
41st day ,Yueyanglou、arrive in Wuhan at night.

I think it is perfectly ok for you to take your 10 year old daughter with you. I take it you are talking about the High Path in tiger Leaping Gorge! If so and you take your time there are plenty of places to stop and also Mules if she does get too tired. Remember Children need even more frequent stops for water. " Little and often" |
