can any of you tell me that how much can i carry with myself when i am going to fly china as a tourist?
or there is no limitation?

If you take the currency in or out of the country, you must declare them to the customs. The limitation of the currency is 6000 yuan/each person and each time for Chinese getting in the country and the foreigners leave the country.If you take the currency within the accout, you can pass the customs on the Green. At some airport the customs realize the Red and Green passways. Surpass the limitation, you should go through Red passway and conduct corresponding procedures. The customs will refund. You'll be charged if you didn't declar to the customs. It is provided that the currency shall not take in or out of the country by mixing them in the postal matters. Neither will anyone transport the currency in or out of the country.Those who disobey the law will be punished for transportation ,taking and mixing the currency into the postal matters according to the relative laws. If the events are serious, the judicial organs will investigate the responsibility for the crime .
