D0 the public security is OK..take a taxi. D2 you had better go to Baihaba on the same day, I propose you go the Kanasi direction to Baihaba which is a bit farther than from the Haba river , but the road is good, and it takes a little less time. A , you can only hire a car, b , Burqin - Jiadengyu - Kanasi , you need not pass the Hemu, also can go Jiadengyu direction to Baihaba.
D4 yes, you can not go to Hemu by bus …D5 about 5 hours under the situation that it is open to the traffic…
D6 it seems that there is no bus to Yining directly, it is suitable to change a bus in Kuitun ,you may reach Jinghe at most on the same day , and can't arrive in Yining. D7There is no enough time behind at all to go so many places, I advise removing Yining and scenic spots nearby , from Burqin you may be back to Urumqi directly. save the last two days to spend in Baisha lake / Hemu on foot /Turfan. walk or ride a horse from Jiadengyu to Hemu, far above 10 kilometers, it takes
