Hosting 25 Chinese Educators/Dignitaries |

Our School District is hosting 25 Chinese Educators/Dignitaries for a brief reception after they have visited some of our school sites. The reception is from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Do you have any suggestions as to what food to serve and gifts to present to them? |

though this is unrelated question to our forum ,i answer,frist bring some sparse fruit ,and brinsg the main food ,at last bring some wotermallon.
