I plan to Mao town or Rilong from Jiu Zhaigou in the afternoon, on september 30th. Is there any bus? And how much does it cost for four people to have a special car? How long? Thank you!

There are morning buses to Mao town, no bus in the afternoon. You should change the bus at Yingxiu or Dujiang weirs. It will take you 13 or 14 hours.
