Could you tell me if there are some hotels in Shanghai,providing two-bed standard rooms at a price around 120,standing at a not bad place,tidy and safe?

You can take the follow as reference,I see it in Wangshangyouzhe,but I don't know the details,I want to go there also：
There is a hotel called Shuyi,which is 5 minutes far away from Waitan.the price of its standard rooms are altered from 140 to 240,tidy and cozy,booking tel:021-63602568.
Golden Island Hotel ,US$22 , Some of the famous sights is about 20 minutes drive, such as the Huaihai Road Shopping Area and Yuyuan Garden.
