to reach the dams near the Weichang county of Hebei, a kind of scheme is to return Siheyong station, then go to Hailaer by train. another scheme is to reach Jingpeng stand in Keshiketengqi ,Inner Mongol from the dam(this is the Jitong railway: southern Jining -Tongliao ,Inner Mongol), after going to Tongliao by train in the Jingpeng Stand , change trains to Hailaer again. at present there is an adding temporary passenger train L113 from Huhehot to Hailaer by railway deparment, crosing southern Jining -Tongliao this section, stop at the Haoluku (Haoluku ,Keshiketengqi Haolaihure town) .
Actually there were two trains every day to go to Tongliao from Jingpeng, it seems they are temporary trains that do not start off everyday.
