This is my first time travelling to Hong Kong. I'm really excited to go for
food, shopping, and scenery! But I was wondering if any one out there can
give some suggestions about things I should or shouldn't do or see for this
trip?

The Night Market, the floating restaurants, and the Hong Kong
Heritage Museum. If you're going to buy electronics, make sure you
buy them from a reputable store - there are a lot of scams.
Don't miss Macau - I'd recommend two days there. It's a unique place
with a distinct Chinese-Portuguese cultural fusion in architecture,
religion, and food.
Lantau island is worth a day trip - there are excellent seafood
restaurants, and make sure to explore the village as well as seeing
the Big Buddha.
Other highlights are the Wong Tai Sin temple, traditional crafts in
Sheung Wan and Yau Ma Tei, the view from the Peak and the tram ride,
Tsim Sha Tsui at night, and amazing food throughout the city.
