Hotel Blues on a trip in Hongkong |

Stanford Hill view Hotel - Bad experience.
Hotel is on a very steep hill. Coaches for transfer do not go up there. You get dropped down the next street, Kimberley St. You have to drag your luggage up to that very steep hill. At the reception, there is no concierge to help you with your luggage after that struggle to drag you stuff up hill. One of my suitcases got broken because of that. I made a reverse call to my insurance from the hotel to make a claim. That reverse call was already paid by my insurance in Australia. When I checked out, the morons at the reception charged me $105. for a reverse call already paid. Leaving the hotel, you are again on you own to drag you luggage down the steep hill with not help at all. My travel agent in Australia has emailed them to query about that rip off, but they did not respond. It is the worse hotel I have experienced with a very bad customer service. |
